Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

The removal of all items such as furniture, artwork, and draperies from the work areas is the responsibility of the CLIENT and must be completed before work begins.

All surfaces must be clean and free of dust, soot grease, etc. Any holes, cracks, or irregularities must be filled, sanded, and primed. Surface preparation will be discussed and included in the quote if required.
